Ja bym powiedzial ze rekawiczki ale z usztywniaczami ulatwiaja wyciskanie na ławce a przy MC to pomagaja paski itp. Ale moge sie mylic...pzdr

Nie zauważyłem różnicy między ćwiczeniem w rękawiczkach a bez nich jeśli chodzi o siłę, czy technikę :D Zauważyłem jednak, że lepiej mi się w nich ćwiczy :mrgreen:

W rekawiczkach ale z usztywniaczami na nadgarstki to faktycznie jest latwiej wyciskac na ławie.
Kiedys mialem wlasnie taki kupic sobie bo zawsze po wyciskaniach napiepszaly mnie nadgarstki. Okazalo sie ze wina tego byl brak rozgrzewki hehe Mlody bylem i glupi :)
